Love this mouse so far. I use it for web browsing and it works flawlessly. All three of the buttons are quiet. You can still hear the clicks, but they don't sound as irritating as the clicks in most mice. The clicks actually sound more like the scrollwheel in a typical mouse -- dampened and lower-pitched. Worth noting, the scrollwheel, despite the circular shape, only scrolls along one axis.
