It fits the notebook, however, not perfectly, the magnetic flap on the lower cover doesn't stick to the upper cover because the fit is too tight, so, I guess the magnetic strips don't get to attach themselves strong enough, so it ends up lose when you try to close it as a briefcase. Either way, it serves it's purpose, just not a perfect fit.
